US Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for online sales in the following US states:
We do not collect any foreign taxes or customs duties. The customer is responsible for all taxes, import duties and brokerage fees imposed by their customs broker and country of destination. These taxes and duties are generally collected during customs clearance in the shipment's destination country. Shipments that are returned for failure to pay customs duties will be charged a return fee that will be deducted from any refund due.

Xandex Inc. requires a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for all returned products. Shipments without prior authorization will not be accepted. Refunds are only processed for products purchased directly from Xandex.

For orders placed directly through Xandex/Kubi Customer Service, we offer a variety of shipping options, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you have a shipping account you prefer to use, please provide your shipping account billing information at time of order.
All Domestic Orders placed through our online ordering system are shipped via FedEx. PLease choose one of the FedEx options from the list in the shipping section of the checkout process.
Overnight Shipping: If you select an Overnight FedEx shipping option when ordering online, we require 24 hours to process and ship your order (no same day shipping). Orders placed Monday -Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM Pacific time will ship next business day. Online orders with overnight shipping placed Friday-Sunday will ship on the next BUSINESS day (usually Monday). If you need faster service, please contact us during business hours (M-F 7:30AM-4:00PM Pacific Time) and order directly with Xandex Customer Service.
International Online Orders: All quoted FedEx shipping rates in our online shopping cart are transportation ONLY rates from our manufacturing facility in Petaluma, California, USA to your designated shipping address. You are responsible for all taxes, import duties and customs fees that may apply. You will be contacted once the shipment reaches customs in your country, to arrange any payment required to clear customs. Shipments refused / returned for non-payment will be charged a return fee that will be deducted from any refund you are due.
We will send tracking info for your shipment via email when your order ships. For questions about your shipment, please contact the shipper.
